Questions About Polygraph Testing

How much does a polygraph test cost?

The costs are contingent upon the mitigating factors of your circumstances: e.g., location where the test is administered, the number of people that need to be tested, and the issue being covered with the examination. For a free consultation and estimate, contact CPA.

Certified Polygraph Associatess accepts cash or credit card payments. Test results will be withheld, however, until your payment is fully processed. Credit/debit card payments take 48 hours to process.

If you so desire, pre-payment for your polygraph appointment will result in the provision of immediate test results. However, pre-payments will not be refunded if given less than 48 hours notice of cancellation of appointment. With proper 48 hour notice, a full refund will be issued. Please read our complete cancellation policy below.

What is Certified Polygraph Associates's Cancellation Policy?

Certified Polygraph Associates has a 24 HOUR CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY. If your appointment is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full price of the appointment.

If you are a NO SHOW or ARE NOT AT THE AGREED UPON LOCATION, AT THE AGREED UPON TIME, WHEN THE EXAMINER ARRIVES, you will be charged the FULL COST of your appointment.

This policy is place out of respect for our clients and our examiners. Cancellation of appointment with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Upon the agreement of scheduling an appointment, you are left with the understanding that what you are purchasing is a time slot in an examiners schedule. If the person who is scheduled to take the test, refuses at the time of the appointment, you are still responsible for the full payment of the appointment time slot.
